CPA offers six core services with peer support being the founding principal of the association. CPA delivered peer support assistance to over 10,000 individuals and their families last year through 48 offices nationwide.

3   Link   Canadian National Institute for the Blind (Nova Scotia)
CNIB is active in every region of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, with service and fundraising specialists working hand in hand with volunteers at centres located in Charlottetown, Sydney and Halifax. CNIB programs and services specialists often travel to provide support to people with vision loss, in rural communities.
4   Link   Society for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Nova Scotians (SDHHNS)
Society of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Nova Scotians (SDHHNS) is a non profit organization mandated to develop and manage coordinated services to assist Deaf, hard of hearing and late deafened people in gaining full access to public, private and community services.
5   Link   Deaf Literacy NS
Deaf Literacy Nova Scotia (DLNS) promotes and supports literacy and learning of Deaf adults through self-development, literacy, and American Sign Language/Maritime Sign Language (ASL/MSL) literacy.
